Don't worry too much about the apps consuming your RAM, Android is a smart OS and it terminates applications and clears the RAM automatically when you need it for something else.
Your task manager will probably repetitively close applications, that will later resume their operation and this constant killing and resuming may affect your performance/battery negatively.
If you want to close your apps, don't use a task manager. Just use the multitasking that Android has built in.
