Hilaria Baldwin already has a nickname for the baby girl she's expecting with husband Alec Baldwin: "Pitufina."
"Pitufina" is the Spanish word for Smurfette.
Baldwin, who was born in Mallorca, Spain, posted a cute photo of red polka-dotted baby shoes, along with the words, "Pitufina's first flamenco shoes… Courtesy of her Tía Victoria."
Later, apparently after a visit to the doctor, she tweeted, "Saw baby…she is beautiful and healthy!"
She added, "Just hit the half-way mark."
The 29-year-old yoga teacher and host of Plum TV's " Yoga with a View" is expecting her first child with Baldwin, who is also father to 18-year-old Ireland Baldwin with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
